PHYS 2513 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Very intelligent professor but unable to change the pacing of his lessons to coincide with the majority of the classroom. Basically read ahead, read often, and ask questions over future chapters in order to keep up with his pace but beware it may take up much needed study time for other classes especially if you are an engineer major

PHYS2523 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

The class is nothing like the comments listed below. Dr. Storr is great teacher and hilarious. His class isn't easy so you need to study. If it seems like everyone is failing test make sure you have one of the highest failing grades. If you don't understand something, ask about it. Also don't disrespect him, and he won't disrespect you.

98% failure for the class implies only 0.7 students passed, that is less than one.The # of students passing was 100 times more than stated. Help is provided to students beyond office hours (which are rarely attended)and study sessions for exams generally end between 8pm and 9pm. Yes I got help for a new physics lab and using the interface software.

There was ONE assignment not some which I guess took 20 hours. It was a takehome exam and was used to drop the lowest exam grade. The majority of the skipped material was used for a takehome exam to drop the lowest exam grade. Overall I enjoyed the class.
