Adriana was super nice and really wanted us students to open our minds and our hearts. Our class was a bit difficult to do so but what she is an amazing lady and super sweet and helpful!

Adriana!!!! An amazing inspiring powerful woman, super entertaining to watch the way she expresses herself and interacts w/ all different types of students but sadly it's a Uni class not dinner theater and the exams are brutal unless you really have strong reading comprehension skills. These types of discussion classes while fun, kinda blow because you're responsible for basically teaching yourself the material on your own time. No study guide or hints about exam questions made it tough to pass!

Reading assignments are torture! Really difficult reading which take forever to read and understand. You have to read ~ 30-60 pgs and write a weekly paper. She is entertaining but overall disappointed with the class. Initially, I was excited about wmst, but now won?t take another wmst course. She is all over the place and assignments are unclear.

Adrianna is an amazing person as well as an amazing instructor. I enjoyed her lectures very much and the class presentations. She gave options on whether we wanted to take the final or write the final paper which is appreciated come the end of the semester.

She is an amazing instructor. of women's studies. A teacher who helps both men and women see that they don't need to ascribe to categories of "hot" or "not" these kind of quizzes are unacceptable.

Did not think much of this class going into it but if you have a chance to take a class with Adriana I highly recommend it. Not only is she a really funny lady but she is more than happy to answer any questions you have. The papers are a little demanding but not extremely difficult once you get into it. Love her!

Adriana is THE coolest pol sci teacher currently at UNM. Her lectures are interesting, easy to comprehend and they actually make you learn. The case briefs for her class really help make everything clear and she's really funny which helps move the lectures along. Would HIGHLY recommend her class.
