I took this class over the summer and I loved it! He's nice, helpful, and understanding. Having him as a professor made me understand and appreciate math again. Just overall great professor

teaches lecture way to fast. smells like smoke and is never clear. also loves to give enormous amounts of homework when maybe a small section of the stuff you do is on the tests. also only grades a few problems so if you had trouble on one out of 15 you loose 5 points out of 20. Get your self a cramster account because you will need it.

Greg is awesome. Hands down. Best mathematics professor at UB. Do the homework, go to class, study the review sheet for the tests, and you will do fine. Really helpful during office hours. Understands the student mind well. Lots of homework, about 30-40 questions a week, but it really helps to understand the material.

Schneider was a great teacher, study his review sheets and do the homework and its an easy class. Although he does assign a lot of homework.

This guy is an amazing teacher and a very nice person. He is very easy to understand and answers any questions you have. He outlines his tests before hand and tells you exactly what's going to be on them. It's a shame he's finding a new job..

he is a very nice instructor ~he gives the examples of the exam and he can teach very well. Also, he is very nice to students, HW is a lot from the class(MTH 306). as long as you study carefully, you can get A. I like him!!!

If you want to get an easy A, take Greg's class. He is the easiest math instructor I have ever had. Period. A week before the exam, he gives you ~35 optional questions to solve. Then he picks 5 questions from those 35 and that is the exam.Yes, he gives you all the exam questions before the exam! Can't be easier.

His cool. Easy to get an A. Take good notes and sit in the front b.c. his voice is not loud. He goes over before the exam so pay attention to that b.c. the exam is not that different from it. The quiz is also easy. It's an really easy A if you know how to solve the HW problems.

Greg is awesome... i keep asking him what class hes going to teach next sem.. coz he is just super duper awesome!!! he is such an amazing teacher... Although sometimes he might go a lil bit to fast but that is understandable... and the way he teaches is very easy to understand... he allows student to ask as many qs as they wants... exams are pretty

Really Good Professor, He teaches kinda fast but he is definitely the best math teacher ive had at UB He explains things really well and his test are just a little hard and require some studying

Not an easy class because he mumbles and faces the board the whole class, teaches very fast. Homeworks are pretty hard but not checked. Gives you outline of tests with very similar problems<do these problems! Make sure you go to office hours or math dept for tutors without mine I would be doing much worse. Final is optional.

Keep on attending his class, and just note down whatever he writes on board. Always attend the class before the exams, he gives exam outline which says what kind of sums will be there in paper. He understands the students mind very well..

Great professor! You do a lot of HW and you have quizzes each week, but his lectures are really clear and he is extremely approachable. Plus he has an optional final, which is great if you start the year slow. I would recommend him to any student that needs to take calc 2. Just do the homework and got to lectures.

he's a very good teacher and as my other friends said there are four exams include the final and he will take the best 3. I really recommend him to you guys. GOOD LUCK and I hope you have a great semester

This class is actually pretty easy. 3 exams, 8 quizzes, homeworks, 1 optional final exam (he drops the lowest test grade if you do better on the final exam). I ended up with a "B" for the semester and I barely even went to class. Class is boring but you do take alot of notes. Also he's always there to help and encourages you to go see him.

He is nice and pretty cool about anyhitng. I would have the say that the lectures are so so boring, But u have to go bc u take like 5 pages of notes daily! the final is optional which is nice but u have 8 quizzes and tons and tons of hw each week!!

Great Prof. Lectures arent boring. He does go quick but he covers a lot of examples. His exams are mild. He gives out an review sheet and a review day before the exam. During the review day just ask him for examples and he'll hook you up with the general idea of what's expected. Great, laid back prof.
