Culinary Arts Survey, easiest class i have ever taken, was assigned maybe half the amount in the reader. Jim is great. A real down to earth person from South Carolina whom of which im looking forward to taking his other classes

Seriously cool teacher! Just as eager to shoot the**** with you about local restaurants or share his stories (they're always good) as he is eager to teach. I had him for knife skills but I've hear rave reviews of all his other classes. Great resource.
