SUPERB TEACHER!! Very difficult class. I got an A in this class but I had to work very hard for it. Generous with the extra credit. Gives out very helpful study guides for the Midterm and Final which are worth 62% of the grade. Makes this class very interesting. He actively involves his students and his humor is infectious. I highly recommend him.

He's funny but not a good teacher! He gives HUGE study guides for tests but then what is on the test is totally different. He isn't specific about what you need to know and he expects you to know SO much about this gen ed level dance history class that most don't care about.

I really enjoyed this proffesor. He kept my interest and I actually learned a lot about dance. Don't underestimate this class though. It's only easy if you pay attention and take notes.

This Class was super hard, he said at the beginning of the year we got to drop the lowest Quiz grade and he didn't. You're better off skipping class and just reading the book because he just makes it more confusing

He's an okay teacher. Picks his favorite students, be willing to work your butt off if this is you haven't had prior dance experience because he won't hold the class back.

If you're taking DAN180 you should so take Darryl! Easy A! He can be a little disorganized and somewhat forgetful, but overall he is very laid back and wants you do good in the class. He is awesome. Highly recommend him!

He really knows his stuff, however he can be really intense. If you want to take the class for fun and that is all I wouldn't suggest him, however if you want to excell a lot in dance..you should take his class. He is amazing at it and has fun choreography.
