MATH 1324
HORRIBLE. The only reason I took him is because the other prof offered was rated even worse. This prof doesn't stay on topic, if you try to get him back on topic he's really rude about it. He goes into great detail about things that don't matter like how to change decimal into percent. He takes up a lot of class time avoiding the actual coursework.

He draws off-topic almost daily and spends way too much time going over a single question, I highly suggest you take another professor.
MATH 1324
DROP THIS CLASS!!!! you WILL fail. He is a good guy, but just cannot teach to save his life. If you ask him a question he will laugh and avoid it. He is an expert at avoiding questions.

Not very good at keeping your attention and if you want to learn it's gonna have to be from the book on your own time. Just stick with it and you will pass if you attend class regularly and are respectful towards him and try to stay involved. He is a nice guy and does what he can to help you out when final grades are due. Just stick with it.

Okay so it's november 9 and we have had one test, which my entire class failed. He has been teaching us the same thing for 6 weeks and im still clueless! I asked for help after class and it turned out in argument. Seriously he is miserable, I leave class mad every single day.

AVOID!! This professor is horrible. I would not advise anyone to take him. He does not teach anything and when he tries he even gets his own problem wrong. His test are impossible and he is very boring. He's always late to class and is rude to students who ask questions.

He tries his hardest to teach, but he's one of those teachers who knows too much information so he just rambles on and on and so never makes any sense! Can't really say whether the tests were easy are hard because I dropped him. If you aren't good at math it is highly recommended that you not get him.

This professor is HORRIBLE!!!! He only gave three tests for the whole semester and they each had only 15 questions on them, so if you miss one question then pretty much fail. He doesnt answer questions and pretty much makes you teach yourself from the textbook. Also every class he shows up about 15 min late, even on the final. DONT take him!

terrible professor. i haven't learned anything from him because he can't teach! he constantly rambles on about nothing relevant to the class with his boring monotone voice and just about everyone in my class is failing. If you make the mistake of taking him make sure to read the textbook regularly because you surely will fail without it.

Well he is old and spends most of the class rambling about a steam powered saw mill he worked at, airplanes, calculators, and stuff that has nothing to do with math. He shows up 5-12 minutes late.

Horrible attitude. He cannot stand having a student correct him even when he knows he is wrong. Does not know anything about business and is constantly trying to figure out the material during class. He rambles on for a hour when trying to explain one example problem. Stay away at all cost.

ok, so i never thought there could be such a terrible teacher. he should be never allowed in another classroom. he is there to teach and he does not!! u cant understand his lectures. also do not bother going to the dean of math or dean of students because they do nothing! so please do everything you can to avoid this teacher!!!!!

This guy is by far the worst teacher I have ever had. I usually grasp the concept of math pretty easy and this guy seemed like he had know clue as to what he is teaching. He takes most of the class to explain 1 question and never knows how to answer a question asked by a student. DO NOT take this teacher, he is the worst teacher ever!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TEACHER. HE SPENT 50 MINS SOLVING ONE PROBLEM. I WAS A MATH MAJOR BUT AFTER TAKING THIS GUY CLASS I HAD TO SWITCH MY MAJOR. IT WAS THAT BAD. RAMBLES ABOUT NONSENSE EACH CLASS AND STUFF NOT GERMANE TO THE CLASS. IF U WANT TO ACTUALLY LEARN DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PICK HIM!!!!!!

He has tenure. There is nothing that can be done with this guy. You talk to the chair, nothing, the dean, nothing. It's basically impossible to pass. 4 tests, 15 questions each, full scantron. Be prepared to go home and cry.

omg i hate this teacher.. he wasted all my money and my time.. he makes me have nightmares i walk out everyday bc im tired of just sitting there making my butt hurt on those stupid desk chairs for no reason. Everytime i ask a question he yells at me.. so of course i gotta yell back.. evrytime i ask for help hes "busy" worst teacher ever

He basically says to read the text book and teach yourself. He tends to go off on little ramblings about stuff you have no interest in, such as the origin of the work 'or'. I do not recommend him at all if you aren't already pretty confident with Trig.

Dr. Kirk explained to us on the first day of class that he had absolutely no interest in teaching. He spent 40 minutes of our class telling us stories about his morbidly obese daughter and how she couldn't dribble a basketball. He was never on time. He came in 10 minutes late every day. I eventually stopped listening to him and memorized the text
