He was probably the best accounting teacher I had. He made accounting enjoyable and kept the class interactive throughout the whole lecture.

Easiest class ever. Got an A. Three take home tests and one take home final that is based word for word with the previous test. He's so nice as well. Take this class.

Teacher wants you to do well- but leaves it up to you to decide if that is going to happen. I liked him, he tries to know his students and make the topics we discuss relevant. Course was pretty tough and book was not the best. He is very passionate about accounting and business. No means an easy A but an A is possible with some hard work must read

Nice teacher- doesn't spoon feed you the information. Not the hardest teacher, you can get an A if you put in a bit of effort. If you aren't a serious student- I wouldn't recommend him as he is not going to babysit you and make sure you do your work and come to class.

Great professor. Glad I took his section. He treats his students as adults. Uses cases and models to keep it as interesting as accounting can be. I look forward to another section with him.

The KEY is to bond w/ classmates & do the few assignments together. Mohs is a laid back & funny guy w/ a lot of work experience, but he's subpar at teaching. He reads off of Powerpoints made by the book's authors, but hands-on work is rare. Many peers agree that they left with a good grade but didn't "learn" anything. Attendance is not mandatory.

Jim is a great accounting teacher. He does admit that the intro material is dull, but does his best to teach it and makes sure you understand. He actually gives you the grade you deserve. Do the work well and get an A.

Excellent Instructor- cuts out the extraneous material and gets right to the heart of the subject. Lectures follow the text, using PowerPoint slides, covers all chapters so you don't miss the big picture. Most homework is not graded, only checked for attempt. Grading is VERY reasonable. Classes are typically short.
