Coolest teacher I've had at OSU. Gives you half the exam questions before the tests. He basically wants everyone in the class to get 100%. You're extremely lacking in intelligence if you get anything less than an A. He's supposedly leaving for a job on the west coast, though. A damn shame.

By far one of my favorite classes AND profs. He is really funny and tells great stories- kept me laughing the whole time. Plus the material is interesting and he's very knowledgeable with an impressive background. The class is easy - notes are all online, no book, and he gives about half the exam questions out ahead of time. very straightforward.

Yes, this class is SO easy and you don't have to go. He's also probably the most interesting teacher at Ohio State.

Dr. Jeff Culbertson is the man! Best class at OSU. Very intelligent man with great stories (occasionally off topic but definitely gets you laughing) and he even offers inspirational words to his students. TAKE THIS CLASS

He is a great professor and an overall great guy. Funny and makes his lectures interesting. If I could recommend something to anyone taking his class in the future- Try to get your hands on previous quarters exams. He gives them back to his students and often uses a lot of the same questions or all of them. That helps and it isn't cheating either.

great professor. has so much life experience, he tells stories most of class but they are interesting. truly cares about his students doing well in life. gives a document of notes to print out instead of a book and if you study from it and write in some extra he says you will get an A. 2, all multiple choice exams.

Very easy. He is my advisor as well as a prof. he is very interested in helping students, which is the only reason he is here. He is helpful, honest, and funny.

Dr. Culbertson is probably one of the best overall professors I've had being down here at main campus that isn't in my college department. He is extrememly witty and very intelligent. I would recommend attending the lectures because what he says, might be on the midterms unless you're taking it w/ a friend who can give you the notes. An honest A.

Dr. Culbertson is awesome! He was one of the most interesting professors that I have ever taken. His stories are crazy. He's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and understands students well. If you need an interesting class and want an A, this is definitely the class to take!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Makes class interesting and tells great stories. Really wants people to learn. You can tell he loves what he does and enjoys teaching. Going to class was enjoyable and highly recommended: it's easy to remember things when he applies them to real life.

He is a great teacher, very funny, and has a great way of teaching students who aren't interested in science. this is the best class to take for science GEC, very easy, great teacher and makes the subject interesting. One of the best science teachers at OSU!

Dr C is simly the best there is. He delivered great lectures that were interesting & hilarious. He even let us out of class early. He answered all emails and went out of his way to be helpful. OSU really could use more Professors like him!!

Best class I've ever had at OSU. Very fair, understands what it's like to be a college student. Notes are posted on Carmen and each Exam has give aways so you already know some of the answers. His lectures are interesting with his stories and the subject matter of the class isn't so bad itself. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Culbertson was one of the best professors I've ever had at Ohio State. He knows exactly what he's talking about, expresses ideas clearly, makes class fun, genuinely wants to help students, and he even created the frickin' Nutri-Grain bar! Take THIS class for your science GEC if you can!! Fun, interesting, and not too difficult.
