Very difficult grader...the hardest instructor I've ever had! She's teaches well, but she grades very hard. Dr. Blanton expects students to pay attention to detail, makes them participate in class (extensively) and focus on group type projects. Her class was very challenging. She's a good teacher though.

Great instructor...really knows the material and is able to teach it well. She makes sure that the students understand what is going on, and is always there to provide assistance. Nicest person I've ever met...if you have a chance to take a class from Doris, you should definitely go for it. Awesome!!

Excellent!! Best Professor at UoP. Doris is an example of how all instructors should be...she covered all of the material, facilitated class projects, and made sure that the students actually learned something. She always offered to help, and encouraged us to call her if we needed clarification or additional assistance on understanding feedback.
