Passionate and knowledgable. If you have issues with understanding some one speaking english from another region in the world, be warned but for any normal person this isn't a problem. Really smart guy. Course is theoretical and philosophical but he simplifies everything. Consists of midterm, short paper, final and participation of 10%

Avoid at all costs. Very unapproachable and has a thick accent so hard to understand at times. Will NEVER take a course with him. EVER.

Ok I would be honest with all of you since noone has said anything that matters. The professor is nice,wise whatever you wanna call him, but he has the thickest accent that would leve you lost. I am not sure how am I going to pass this class. The echo room+ his accent:FML!

This man is an intelligent individual with 2 PhDs, enjoys the subject. Not a legalistic approach to LAW though, so be aware. Handing something in late is a risk. Will go out of his way to write you a reference or elaborate on subject matter, BUT attendance is a must for good grades. Expects a perfectly-kept appearance during exams.

One of the best professors at Carleton. He is extremely knowledgeable in the fields of international organizations and international relations. He is passionate about the subject and encourage you to be as well.

Professor Masaeli was one of the most insightful and engaging professors I have ever had the pleasure of learning under. His lectures on international legal organizations were illuminated by references to broad world views-far from simply a lecture, Professor Masaeli enthusiastically encouraged his students to think for themselves and be creative.
