"Gives good feedback" "Respected by students" "Inspirational"

Dr. Shukin is awesome - she is so encouraging and humble, but so intellectually challenging at the same time. She will push your ideas and your understanding of texts and theories, but within a saferespectful environment. I don't like the 'easiness' category because her classes are challenging (grading fair), but that is what makes them great!

Nicole presents interesting, thoughtful materials for class. Sadly, in her first semester here her students had to go to the library a lot to photocopy her materials but maybe she has stopped doing this. She is a tough marker, assignments are good. The materials covered are awesome. I didn't get a great grade but I learned a lot.
