Her assignments and expectations for her online class were so incomprehensible that I had to drop the class. It seems like she has no idea how to teach a 100 level class. Right away we were expected to read 400 level journal articles and analyze them. Try to avoid this professor.

She was hard to understand. She spoke quietly and had a slight accent. Also sometimes it seemed as if she didn't understand some of the material herself. The class is taking notes the whole class period. The tests weren't too bad as long as you study and have your notecard. But she lost my Final exam and took her a while to recover it.

No need to purchase the book other than for the access code for online homework (1-2hr a week). Attendance is not mandatory, however, all questions on the exams come straight out of lectures. She even tells you what terms/concepts will appear. Each exam also has 5 bonus questions. Show up, take notes, study them before tests.

Hard to understand her, she has trouble with her math, she writes the wrong thing and spells things wrong, and bad hand writing. She tries to help you with consistent examples about China. She seems to want you to do good but the tests are confusing.

BEST TEACHER EVER!! Walks into class and begins teaching instantaneously. Never digresses during lectures. You will learn more in this class than any other! Also an easy A if you can take notes and study from them. Tons of office hours and very helpful. TAKE ANY CLASS YOU CAN WITH HER! :D

She is very smart in the area of economics, and if you ask her a question when confused she will slow down and say what you are confused about in a much easier to understand way. She doesn't have the best english but is a good teacher. I would recommend her to others.

She's alright. She flies through her notes and expects you to write everything.Going to class becomes a waste of time after a while. On the plus side, she gives you study guides, and if you stick to it,you will be ok.

This teacher is very hard to understand, her English is not the best. She also fly's through notes and pretty much expects you to know everything already. Also i recommend sitting in the front row in class because her handwriting is awful/small and its still difficult to read from front row.

She is quite a good Professor to be honest.Although attendance is not mandatory, and the lectures can get boring. The notes you take can be important in preparing for the exam. Exams are the only thing that counts. They are all multiple choice. (There are 5 bonus questions on each exam including the final. So, the tests are fairly easy to pass.

Love her!!! She is a really good teacher and she explains things really well. She helps out if you need it! tests are decently hard but if you study and read the chapters they really arent that bad. Do the study guides because they will really help. 3 tests, 1 final, but drops one test. I recommend taking her!

Hard accent to understand. Writes fast erases fast. Does drop one test. Only grades we have are tests. Attendance isn't mandatory but counts for 10% of your grade. she doesn't really understand us when we ask questions and never really know how to explain them.

This class is very good. It can be hard to understand her accent, but you will get used to it. She gives 3 tests and a final and she drops the lowest grade. She gives extra credit worth 5% and she gives 5 bonus questions in each test! Attendance is not required. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! EASY A!!!!!!!!!!

Attendance not required but helpful to go to get notes and ask questions, all study guides are posted on D2L. She will go above and beyond to help you understand the material and actually cares about your understanding of the subject.

Her study guides are very helpful when it comes to the test. As long as you take time to study and read through the book's chapters covered, you will do fine. People complain that she is a bad teacher but she will absolutely take as much time as you need when you meet with her, the people who complain are the people who are lazy and don't take time
