So approachable and friendly. His lectures are well paced and very interesting! I had no interest in ecology whatsoever, especially after Bio1B, but this class was really worth it to be an IB major.

his seminar on plants in the botanical garden is pretty fun! definitely not difficult, but very interesting and engaging (it's a seminar!). will give you a new appreciation of plants.

One of the best professors I have ever had at Berkeley. Had him for both IB 153 and IB 154 (both were awesome classes). He goes at a great place and brings in a bunch of interesting case studies examples.

Really nice guy. Doesn't use power point, so he goes at a good pace and uses the board, which is much more interesting than reading off of an overhead. Would recommend the class.
