PH151 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

He had his moments. There were days where he was really enthusiastic about the class and others where you could tell he wasn't that into it. His quizzes were pretty fair.

Professor Horton is a fantastic teacher. Physics has never been explained as well as he does it. He is very into the class and cares alot about student success. He is always available for questions and usually has great insight. The trick to passing is just to do the hw and knowing your stuff, because his classes are certainly not easy!

PH262 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

His quizzes are very straight forward. Basically, just know the equations he gives you. Do at least a couple homework questions. Knowing the equations is key. The tests are basically the main questions from the quizzes. The final is the main questions from the tests. NOTE: many of the Physics 2 equations are not going to be on the equation sheet.

ES161 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

His tests are very hard. He's not someone that is easy to talk to. He's not very outgoing. However, he is good about answering questions. He teaches you all the information you need, but usually the quizzes will go on to be more complicated than what he taught. He is an average teacher.

He is a great teacher. When he presents the subject his excitement rubs on others and it makes the course much more fun. He is encouraging and is always willing to answer any questions you have so ask away. It is also a good idea to visit him when choosing further subjects. He is a large amount of knowledge in that area.
