"Lectures are long" "Get ready to read" "Would take again"

I love this guy! He never shuts up and gets off topic often BUT he is the easiest grader I've ever had in my life and he is so nice. Basically a little old hippie. You can tell he has so much passion for what he's teaching and that's a rare quality these days. Cool guy, would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Fred is so easy! Everyone below saying that he is hard is obviously very lazy! He gives you the questions of the quizzes days before the quiz, and sometimes the answers. You don't HAVE to read the book, only look up the questions for your quiz and for paper material. 3 papers that he comments on and you can REDO Come everyday dont be lazy-get A

He is a really awesome professor. He says the quiz answers right before you take them. Reading would help alot, but I rarely read every piece because there was quite a bit. He was super easy on grading papers. He is hilarious, some of the things he said were so off the wall that you will just sit there and laugh. I would definitely take him again!

ENGL2220 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Horrid teacher. He assigns wayyy too much reading and quiz questions are about the tiniest details in the readings. Grades are harsh. He does try to crack some jokes now and then though. But I never knew what he wanted from me. He would give me a B but tell me I was an awful writer. Then tell me my paper was ok and give me a C-.Didn't make sense.

Really great teacher. He does require a lot of reading, but the quizes are easy & he fixes your paper & gives you a second chance to turn it in. Great!

Dr. Waage is the best professor I have had in my entire educational career. He is a brilliant man who knows his stuff. Don't expect an easy A, though. He is a tough grader on his papers, but always gives extremely constructive criticism, and you will read a lot. He is very helpful and understanding--always an email away. Take him, if you can.

He does assign a lot of reading, but to me he was very helpful too, the instructions are a little vague. He is an okay professor.

Never email him with questions, because he is not helpful...at all. Quizzes asked outrageous questions. Too much reading in such a short amount of time. Way too much busy work.

He's weird. He assigns too many pages to read in the time that you're given, and has quizzes with very vague questions. It is very hard not to fall asleep in his class, and if you look like you aren't paying attention (even if you are) he'll leave a nasty note on your letter that you have to write him. Look for a different teacher.

He is a cool professor! I took him for honors composition, in which we wrote essays based on Law & Order episodes. He didn't use the textbooks much; but he was always helpful in answering questions. He was really easy to please on grading and a nice, funny guy. I recommend him.

He is a very funny professor. I've had him for two classes and really enjoyed them. He is a very lenient grader. He is also very helpful. I believe as long as you work hard and do the assignments, you will make a good grade. This class was very interesting. Before this class I had only read "Romeo and Juliet" and "Macbeth."

Dr. Fred is random, but he sure knows his literature. His class seems like a lot at first, but the take home midterm/final are great! Overall, I enjoyed the class.

I really liked Dr. Waage. He was really easygoing and laidback, he even tried to give e.c. so people could make up for classes they had missed. Take-home Midterm and Final, lets you rewrite all papers except the Term Paper, pretty leninent grader! I would definitely recommend him. Pretty interesting class with a great teacher!
