I got an A- in the course. He gives old exam, which doesn't reflect his real exam at all. His real exam is 15 short answer questions and 2 longer questions. I would focus more heavily on the packet he gives you and transcribe him. He took 5 weeks to grade our tests (not professional) when the limit was 3 weeks.

Awesome. Class both discusses real estate law and finance. His explanation of sub-prime crisis was the best I've listened to. Clear and interesting

Real Estate: I really loved this professor. He is brilliant and knows everything on the subject. He incorporates current events into the class on a daily basis. He is willing to answer questions anywhere you find him. The textbook (co-authored by Tracht) is kind of dry. Tougher test.
