Amazing professor who makes a less interesting subject very interesting. Always relates historical significance with present day events. Genuinely cares about his students' success. No book to purchase as he understands the high price of texts books. Provides all material necessary. I would take any of his classes in a heartbeat

Seriously wonderful class. Had no interest in history before taking this course. Prof. O'Leary does not require a book, so pay attention. He posts everything, talks a lot about modern day and significance of old world history to today. You can do well if you pay attention

His 111 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

He is a nice professor. He is lenient with assignments and will help if you have any confusion. He doesn't require a book. All tests except the final are open book. The only homework is discussion questions. All you need to do is pay attention to his class and the discussion questions and you'll do fine. I'm taking him again this semester.

Really nice, interesting guy. Let's you take open book quizzes/tests online @ home except final. 3 papers required, pretty flexible subjects. Let many students get away w/poor attendance & late assignments. Only complaint is seems to hold "better" students to higher standard than others & grades "slackers" too easily.

Great Professor. He is young (early 30's) so he remembers what is was like to be in school. Gives you a few papers, and other assignments & gives you plenty of time to complete them. He is fair, intelligent and actually is interesting to listen to during a lecture. That is big! I will take a future History class with him. Recommend highly!

HST111 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Not bad workload, papers were a little difficult, but if you pay attention, read and do research you'll be fine. Most of the work was online, as well as submitting papers.

on-line class. Great professor. Assignments and workload were average. He explains everything and is available if you have a question. Not an easy grader on papers but if you do the work then you will not have a problem.

Loved his class. He gives a very easy, short quiz every class that he gives you the questions for the class before. He makes the course pretty interesting. He's young & knows we have a life other than school so the workload isn't bad. He's very understanding & very knowledgeable. I wish all professors were like this. I highly recommend him.
