I loved him! He truly loves what he is teaching and that is contagious. His tests can be challenging but he really wants you to succeed and has very helpful study guides - sometimes he gives you the essay questions ahead of time. The trip to the Peabody Museum was really fun! Take him if you want to learn a lot and get excited about biology!

I had Professor Broker for Bio 101/102. He's a great guy and professor. He helps you with what is going to be on the test and is always willing to answer questions. I would definitely recommend him!

Sweet man with a load of passion for teaching. His tests are based on the power points, but quite challenging. Don't be alarmed if he comes out with random bird noises- he's a bird counter for the state of CT.

This man is absolutely adorable! He loves biology and gets so excited about class. He really wants everyone to learn and do well. He makes study guides and sometimes gives you the open response questions ahead of time. He gives writing assignments to boost everyone's grade. TAKE HIM!

I would highly recommend taking him! I always feel well-prepared before tests because he is always clear on what he wants you to get out of the unit! Very nice guy with interesting stories as well!

He is the sweetest person ever and he really wants to make everyone love bio as much as he does. Loved him as a person but as a teacher I was bored out of my mind each class. Worth it for having a teacher who is super nice but you have to be ready for boring classes. DONT BUY THE BOOK!! waste of money

alittle out there, but extremely nice man that truly loves what he teaches!!! very fair in grading/tests. more concerned w concepts rather than memorization. lecture itself is boring but there is no homework and he always gives study materials. DONT BUY THE BOOK for this class, he puts everything you need online

he's so adorable! he made us study guides for a majority of the tests, no homework other than studying for the most part, prepares you very well for tests. just look at the powerpoints and you should do fine in his class. TAKE HIM!

I love this professor. Very approachable. He will basically tell you everythin on the test if you go to him one on one! just ask questions! not hard if you pay attention and study!

Great Professor, loves what he teaches and keeps it pretty interesting with his bird and monkey calls. Not a lot of work and is a low key teacher, class and work load. Recommended! For an elective course, he was one of my favorite professors.

Nice guy, a bit boring. Easy class, hardly any outside work, don't need to read. Use his powerpoints to study for tests and they're easy. 3 tests plus cumulative final.
