She is the most disorganized teacher that I have ever seen in Umass. She promised to post all the important documents on BB but never on time until the night before the class/exam. The materials are all over the places, very confused way of teaching. You would get good grade if u do the work, but so discourage in term of learning.

A bit unorganized and late on getting things back to you. Clear, precise lectures..she gets her point across and makes sure you get it! Very good professor. Easy tests and quizzes. Book used for homework only.

Outstanding! Her lecture is crystal clear. Her grading is very fair too. Exams are not easy but she will go over the problems before the exam. Her group quizzes are very helpful. Take her class.

Excellant professor! She cares about all her students and wants everyone to succeed (works with you rather than against you). She teaches in a very straight forward manner that makes learning relatively easy. Lectures and slides ensured that all material is well covered and learned before moving onto more complicated topics. Highly recommended!

She is one of the worst professors in the school. I don't know who gave her a PHD, doesn't know how to teach and is all over the place.Very unorganized and hard to understand. She reads off the slides(like we cant read it ourselves).Her voice is very annoying. BUT she is a very easy teacher. The tests are exactly the same as the quizzes. Got an A

I liked the class and I thought she did a good job teaching it. She will give individual attention if you don't understad something. She is pretty fair on grading. What I did not like about her is that she's never responded to my e-mails for some reason and she forgets to post things on blackboard after she says she will.

Very good professor. She is very high volumed but she repeats her material for the entire class if everyone needs. Recommended for the class a FINANCIAL CALCULATOR. That will save you the hard part of the class.

If you want to take her, please rely on my comment. You will learn what is required of you, she is clear with her explanations, she accommodates all learners, her grading is VERY FAIR, she can be forgetful at times but hey, we all have flaws right? If you have taken AF 301, then this class should be a breeze as long as you put your effort into it.

This professor speaks English well enough, but she is so disorganized that it is almost impossible to learn anything from her. As a we could only pass the tests after extensive "self-teaching" from the textbook. In the end this was one of the most difficult classes I've ever taken. Avoid at all costs.
