I'm a history major at Utica College. This guy knows everything there is to know about anything. He is extremely helpful, won't talk down to you, very clear and gives the best lectures I've heard anywhere. If you interested in history and/or it's your major make it point to sign up for his class. I just signed up for my 4th class with him.

If you are a History major I highly recommend taking a class with Professor Fobare. There are no tests only papers. If you are a writer and enjoy History you will do well in this class.

Great class. Stops frequently to answer questions. Welcomes questions if something is unclear. Thought provoking lectures. You'll do good if you take good notes and come to class. Clearly likes what he does.

Cool class. He set clear objectives, followed the syllabus, and there were no surprises. If you come to class, take good notes, and participate you'll do well. He's very into teaching and his powerpoints are the best I've ever seen

AMAZING PROFESSOR! Really knows his stuff and shows a real passion for teaching. He runs his Civil War class all around constructing a nation, what leads to civil war, and then how do you build a new nation after a bloody civil war. AWESOME CLASS
