Math 166
Took her for pre-calc. She teaches very fast and if you stay after class for help she's not that good. Her teaching method is really fast if your not good at math. She also thinks her class is easy and "doesn't understand why kids don't get an A" Yes, she offers extra credit every test but the extra credit is so hard that most people don't get it.

I took Vaughn for a developmental math course. She's very easy to understand and she will not move on unless you understand what she's teaching. She uses MyMathlab a lot so do the work and do her practice tests. She'll give you extra credit if you do them.

prof Vaughn is a great math teacher. I had to start from the basic 4 yrs ago. I donot like Math but she made the class very interesting.l She gives a lot of homework but that is for your development. she is always willing to help you . Very clear and and precise.

She is helpful, but wasn't clear with the homework assignments and the fact that they could boost your grade. You must be devoted to the class to actually pass it.

funny teacher. but not the greatest teaching methods. pay close attention to her methods and do the problems her way and youll be fine. for the final make sure you review all the previous homework assigned. dont even try to text or do anything with your phone during class, youll never get away with it and shell call you out

OHHH MANNN!!!! she will leave you in the dust when she is teaching you. Expects you to somewhat know it already. Class is very hard especially if it is really new. Talks too fast for people to learn. I like a professor who will go step by step to help people learn, well she does not do that for you. Just BAM! and she is done teaching the section.

Mrs. Vaughn is great!!!! I took Developmental Math with her after taking Math 4 and she really helped to grasp concepts with me. She was also very understanding of Learning Disabilities and followed the Modification plan from the Disabilities counselor very carefully. Mrs. Vaughn calls her students "Mr. so and so or Ms. so and so" which is funny.

I totally recommend her. She's funny, quick on her feet, and engages her students. She's very passionate about math and tries her best to get all of her students to pass. Do her homework and pay attention to class and you'll be just fine.

Mrs. Vaughn is energetic, funny, and spends a lot more time helping students than I would have the energy to if I were teaching. Definitely one of my favorites this year.

i looveee ms.vaughn. honestly i hate math & still do (lol) but she really does keep things interesting. & she goes off topic so much it's hilarious. she always quickly goes back tho. i would recommend her to anyone who hates math but has to do it.

she can't teach at all. she always messes up whens she does a problem. she goes way too fast. she is funny but i would not recommend her to others

I had precalc with her and she's absolutly awesome! her class is super clear and easy if you pay attention. i don't know what these people are talking about. she's ALWAYS very helpful and so much fun. you won't ever fall asleep in her class. Love her!

After taking precal and cal, I would defintely recommended finding a different teacher. Like one student said , she made material more harder than it need to be. There really great teacher out there at annandale (for mth)

Not boring but Mrs Vaughn makes the class more difficult than it should be. If you want to be frustrated and lower your GPA, you should take her class.

Mrs. Vaughn is nice and tries to be funny. Unfortunately the comprehension of the material is extremely difficult and she does not do a great job of preparing the class for the exams. The online math homework is not helpful and easily manipulated. Overall I recommend a more helpful and hands on professor.

she is awesome....totally different from boring math professors...Gives homework,lots of extra credit opportunities...awesome personality...You can tell that she loves her job!!!!

OMG i had her last semester and i can say she's the best math teacher i have ever had. she makes everything crystal clear. she has an amazing personality and her class is an easy A if you pay attention and do my math lab. i never did the optional book hw and got As on eery quiz and test.
