This man loves to make you read, and loves to make you rethink your world. If you're not capable of speaking in class or reading a LOT, don't take him. However, if you want to come out of class with a new perspective on life and new knowledge, do! He is very willing to help you with ANY problem you might have out of class!

You have to do a lot of reading and analyzing. Be prepared to work and discuss, lots lots lots! Otherwise, I found the class very interesting and relevant to any major. Recommend if you are willing to put in the effort.

I've taken Dr. Linde-Laursen for multiple classes. He is not easy. He forces his students to think for themselves. Anyone looking for an easy A should avoid him but anyone looking to better themselves should jump on the opportunity to take a class from him. He is extremely helpful when students come and talk to him in his office or after class.
