He is a decent grader compared to most and it very smart! He makes the classes fun even if you aren't interested in that particular subject. Just go to class and try on your papers and you should be good

Dr Moores is not only a amazing teacher but a wonderful person as well!! He has a large grasp of the material which helps a lot while looking for sources. He was extremely funny and there was never an awkward silence in his class. He engaged all of the student with individual jokes or a funny attitude!!! Take him! You will not regret it!!

there are no words to describe how much i adore this professor! dr. moores is the BEST professor i have ever taken at kean university. he is witty, insanely intelligent, ridiculously funny, and a WONDERFUL teacher. i have taken him several times and am SO sad that this is my last semester with him. MUST TAKE him, you won't be sorry!

Dr. Moores comes off as very strange at first. He is so smart, and he uses huge words, which somehow makes his sense of humor kind of strange. Other than that, he makes all his expectations known, and he is very willing to help if you don't understand something (for me, 100% of the time). I thought I was failing, but got a B-. Highly recommended

He is a good professor and he has a strange sense of humor. Sit in the back if you don't want to be "swarmed". Sometimes the content is a little racey. It is a criticism class, so they cover gender studies as well as themes that have to do with sexuality. Not for someone who embarrases easily or can't handle an adult conversation.

Dr. Moores is an amazing professor. He is articulate, engaging and encourages his students to do their best work. He is extremely helpful and insightful when it comes to the writing process. Not to mention, he has a great sense of humor. Take this professor!

Dr. Moores is by far the best professor I have ever had. He helps his students achieve high and meaningful goals. He is so passionate about every component of being a professor. He is so caring, nice, funny, and helpful. His is the class where you never look at the clock and hate to leave. We are so lucky to have him!

Dr. Moores will not only challenge you to be a better writer, but also to be a better scholar. While most classes have their students who sit quietly in the back of the room, Dr. Moores attempts to engage everyone. Just be sure to do ALL the reading and to take some time to think over the lesson, as the content will come up in discussion.

Dr. Moores is the best professor I've ever had. While most professors just sit and lecture, he always involves the class in a discussion. I've never looked at the clock during class! His classes are really useful, especially for research purposes. He's also really funny! Definitely take him.

Moores is awesome. He loves what he does and it shows. I used what I learned here to write the rest of my papers for all of my classes and I'm a better student for it. I'll definitely take him again next semester.

What I enjoyed most about attending this class was having a Prof. who knew the material he was teaching & cared that we left the class understanding it. Dr. Moores makes the class fun & enjoyable to be in. I can happily say that my money was well spent PLUS gave me more confidence for the rest of my English classes to come. Awesome Prof. MUST TAKE!
