MAT1500
He is slightly dull and boring, but his dress style keeps you amused for weeks. I took a summer class with him and his most effective teaching style is how he goes over every homework problem you want. His tests are easier than the homework, so even if you don't get what hes saying in class you can read the text book and be good for his tests.
Stat II
Steady progression, tests are equal in difficulty to problems in textbook. Extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Allen Ginsberg/Rain Man hybrid? I'm going back about 15 yrs I had no idea what the guy was talking about and ran to withdraw like I was heading for the last chopper out of Saigon in '75. I thought either I had forgotten English or he was speaking Latin backwards. On top of that, he was cantankerous.
Calculus 1
It took all my effort and energy to stay awake in his class. His monotone voice and use of the overhead projector was awful. Knew his math, just couldn't teach.

Hmmm, what should I say, strange man, but you gotta give him credit for being a good calc teacher. Take his course

he's old, mumbles and makes tons of mistakes in lecture but he doesn't check homework and the tests are a lot easier than the homeworks, just read the textbook and you'll be fine
math
Not the most organized of classes to attend, but hey, you learn the subject and you learn it well. Overall a good professor.
