ASA 3 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Dhindsa is a great teacher, though lecture can get boring at times. You do have to read a lot for the class, but the material is easy and interesting. YOU HAVE TO READ TO DO WELL IN THE CLASS THOUGH. And review your lecture notes. If you pay attention in class and study well the tests are easy. Overall fun class :).

ASA 131 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Relatively easy class compared to other GE's I've taken. Attendance basically mandatory. Not much material covered. Lectures were informative yet mostly boring with the exception of the occasional movie here and there. A lot of the material is reiterated time and time again, but once it gets drilled in your brain you're golden on exams.

ASA003 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

monotone. just talks forever, it seems like. but she's very nice. despite the fact that she never replied to me about if she could write me a letter of rec. but the class is OKAY, if you read. you HAVE to read the articles or else you will screw up. midterms are okay if you STUDY. no need to attend lectures because she posts them up on smartsite

ASA3 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Class is easy, if you keep up with studies and read the required readings and take notes. However lectures are 1.5 hour long and can be quite tedious. She gives more than adequate examples but too much that it can be annoying.

Professor Dhindsa is very articulate and clearly explains the concepts needed to be learned. Although the articles in the reader are quite lengthy, if you attend all of her lectures, you can skim through the reading. My TA's name was Daniel and he was very chill. All in all, a decent class if you attend lectures.
