She is very partial to the performance core and willingly marginalizes the minors or the design and production students. Her class is authoritarian, with no real room for creativity. It is not about the cannon of theatre; it is about what she wants.

This woman knows her stuff. She hard works to engage minds about social and political issue that surround the work. The class size is difficult to manage, but if you take the time to set up an office hour with her it's worth it. An amazingly brilliant woman, who will set your mind on fire... if you let her. Highly encouraged for theater artists.

be prepared for nudity, boisterous discussions, incomprehensible plays about nothing. it's her way or the highway. class is mislabeled; not about dramatic literature. more about dramatic people and art history.
