Such a great teacher! One of my favorite college professors. Took him for three classes and loved every one. His classes are hard-but hes willing to put in extra effort until you understand. Super helpful and just a great person over all :)

He presents a lot of information, but he is willing to explain it in detail, and takes his time. He is quite easy to get in touch with, either by email or his office, because I will admit his papers are a bit weird to understand.

He's a decent professor but everything he gives out is hard to follow He's also not specific in his instructions, but he is quite helpful. I also would've done better if the last paper's source wasn't so poorly written, and his classes weren't so late in the afternoon.

Awesome teacher. A lot of readings, but he doesn't play favorites (less than any teacher I've come across) although he might be a little more helpful if you show some interest in the subject. If you do your work and commit to the course, you will have a good semester with him, though. Highly recommended.

Took him for W.Civ1. Power points contain too much information. Homework/Essays are very unclear; There is too much detail in one essay question. Never struggled so hard in a history class, ever.

A lot of material to cover but he teaches with such enthusiasm. Never shoots down a student's answer, even if it's wrong. Very approachable and always willing to help. Goes the extra mile for his students. Comfortable classroom setting.

A LOT of reading! The class is based on the assigned readings so you need to come to class prepared to discuss them. He is extremely knowledgeable and loves when the class is active and participates (he got us candy for halloween). You need to focus in class because he talks kinda fast so its easy to miss important points.

Really great English teacher, way better than the other teachers I've had. Very passionate about what he's teaching, makes class fun, and a really nice guy. A lot of reading, and be ready to participate in class, but I really enjoyed taking class with him.

One of the best Professors that I have ever had in my college career. Very passionate about what he teaches and very clear about content and assignments. As long as you go to class and keep up with reading you should get an A. I would recommend Reno for any class, you will learn so much..really nice guy to. Take him if you get the chance.
