"Tests are tough"

She is very nice and upbeat but unfortunately those are the only good aspects about this professor. She has a doctorate in accounting and she teaches her students like she's teach a fellow colleague. Be prepared to teach your self from the book and utilize tutors. The lectures are useless due to her teaching faster than the speed of light!

ACCT 231 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: A-

Zamora was an excellent teacher, she is dedicated, cares about the her students and most importantly cares that her students understand the content. Can be fast at time, but GO TO OFFICE HOURS she will definitely help you there if not in class. She knows her stuff and makes accounting seem very basic for those that are not accounting majors.

ACC231 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: C-

Urgh, terrible. Midterms and exams are crazy hard and not what you study in class or for homework. She hates the text she assigns. You goes so fast you can't understand the material and then you try to read the book but that doesn't work with this class. Terrible. Avoid if possible.

MBA 504 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

The teacher was very passionate about the subject and gave great support throughout the quarter. Her classes are fun to attend as she involves the class entirely in her discussions.

MBA 504 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

One of the best MBA professors I have had. The tests are difficult, but doable if you put in the work. Instead of assigning homework, she assigns group work that you do during class. This is much appreciated from a busy MBA student. She does a great job of making the material interesting and applying it to real world situations.

Professor Zamora is the nicest teacher I've ever met. Pay attention in class to her examples and practices and you'll learn so much. Her exams are hard but if you front load both midterms then you don't have to take the final. She's useful during office hours and is always open to helping students!

ACCT231 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

Avoid her class. It is extremely hard and challenging, but you learn little to nothing at the end. She has an optional final but there is always a catch. Expect surprises. What she asks in quizzes and exams is not what you study. She is confusing. Midterms will blow you away. Dont bother going to the office hours. If you want a low grade take her.

I thought she was just alright when I took her class. In my opinion, she sped through the material at a pace that made it difficult to learn. That said, she is ALWAYS open to feedback and willing to help. In general, she is quite approachable. Homework shouldn't give you too much trouble, but expect midterms and team cases to blow your mind

Awesome! Was really helpful, especially if you went to talk to her. Homework load was really manageable, nothing was really too difficult. Midterms were hardest part of the class, but she dropped the lowest one thankfully!

Very upbeat. Definitely made the class fun. Her tests reflect all of the homework and exercises, but at a more difficult level. She expects every student to succeed and does whatever she can to make that happen.

Dr. Zamora made studying managerial accounting really interesting. The first test takes you by surprise but she lets you skip the final if you think that you don't need to take it to help your grade. Not much homework, but there are team cases which take a lot of time to prepare.
