She is an absolutely amazing person! I love her to death. She has positively impacted my life in more ways than she'll ever know. She is very personable and really cares about each of her students -actually all people in general. She broadens your thinking and really challenges people to think outside of their "comfort-zone."

She is an amazing and very caring person. You can tell she is really interested in her student's development. She helps you discover your hopes for the world and integrate those hopes into teaching. She enables her students to really think in depth what teaching really means- Palmer "teaching is more than technique-it's integrity" I loved the class

I had Brenda for an intro Education class at Berea College in 1995. I still carry and glean from the vast principals of learning and the thinking about learning from that class and put those principals to practice in my life today 14 years later.

Very nice, but weird. What is she smoking? I dropped my education major after her class. Very disappointing experience. Worked on research paper the entire 2nd half of the semester and she even helped a student write his! tHIS Class was a waste of my time.

Brenda is one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met. She has some fantastic ideas. However, her thinking is so abstract that she comes off as flaky. I really didn't take much from her classes because the discussions we had were so hard to apply to real life.

Get over yourself. Don't ask for papers after the semester has already ended or the students have graduated.

Brenda is super nice. She is more of an abstract thinker, but challeneges her students to think outside the box and really work towards holistic education. A shining light in the education department!
