But in the end, as I looked at my final strategic plan, I realized he had trained us to write succinctly, effectively, and appropriately for the work environment. I recommend enrolling in his course.

I took MPS 500 with Professor Light. As the other reviews say, he is bright, energetic, fun, and very funny. He uses well organized Power Points to teach and includes some amazingly relevant videos. The texts were relatively inexpensive and in the field of non-profit management, completely indispensable. I would definitely take him again!

Dr. Light is fantastic. My first class at SPS was with him (MPS 500) and I loved him for that class as well. He is energetic and very funny. He keeps you engaged and makes boring material more interesting. He uses real world examples to teach the material. I highly recommend taking a class with him. By far my favorite so far.

He exhibits a high-octane approach to teaching, extensive use of entertaining and informative teaching aids (videos), and efficient use of the text.
