Peter is a decent guy. As long as you show an interest and put forth the required effort, you shouldn't have any problem getting a A/B. He loves solar stuff...if you want him to LOVE you, put solar panels on your house!

Get on his good side and you are all set. Do the required work and reading and you should be fine. Don't be afraid to ask questions...especially before exams

He is a generous man but expects too much once you get past the intro class. His exams are the type where if you get part A wrong, everything else is wrong so tests aren't fair. He also expects people to understand "the laws of physics" even when over half the class hasn't taken any physics class.

TON of hands on work. a ton of work but easy grader. last year i had a year to design a house, he made us do it in one week. then draw it about 4 more times. so aton of work but easy grade. very nice man though.
