HA 4701 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: A

He s extremely educated on this subject but I think he fails to communicate the information in a clear manner that students can grasp. He is a crazy, cute old man but I have a problem in that we learned more about the presuppositions of Buddhism rather than art. I enjoyed the class but it was more religious studies based than art history course.

HA2003 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

I had Professor Huntington for the history of Asian art. He is humorous when he talks about materials during lecture. No textbook is required. Attendance is not taken for the lecture, but make sure to go to recitation so you get to know things that might be on the exam. Ask questions if you don't understand what he is talking about.

Prof. Huntington knows a lot about Buddhist art. I learned more in his class than I learned in any other class. His teaching style is very laid-back, and he is always willing to help students outside class.

HA681 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

If you go to class, pay attention, and take decent notes, his classes are easy. On exams, you just have to say something relevant to each image shown (you're given the date/period/artist/etc.) He seems more concerned with you actually learning something than formalities. Very flexible, reasonable, and helpful. I'll be taking more of his classes.
