Professor Aagesen is honestly the best teacher I've ever had. He is someone that is not only incredibly knowledgeable in his field, but he also inspires students to pursue whatever they deem to be important. Human Geography was not too difficult, but always interesting as Aagesen as so many stories from his travels.

Professor Aagesen is definitely easygoing in class but his tests are much harder than I thought they would be. He is way overrated.

BEST PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY TEACHER!I had ZERO interest in this field but Aagesen makes it fun and interesting. And I love when he goes out into tangents. If you have to take a Natural Science Ged-Ed, take one with him as the professor

Professor Aagesen was by far the best professor I have had yet at Geneseo, even though I've been here for 1 semester. He's extremely passionate about Geography and conveys his knowledge really well. He goes off on minor tangents that are extremely funny but other than that he is just an all around great professor.

educates even the most uninterested, Aagesen is a phenomenal professor by being able to relate to students and present information is a clear fundamental manner that is not condescending or elitist. Had no interest in geography before this class. now its my major. If you need to take a natural science take Aagesen.

Hands down the best professor at Geneseo. Passionate about the geography, has a great sense of humor, and is all around a kind and fun guy. Explains things so clearly it's absurd. See; his lecture on seasonality. Not a tough A if you go to class, and though I'm not a geography major, he has influenced me more than any other professor here

If you need to take a science- TAKE AAGESEN. It will be the best decision you ever make. You don't have to read the textbook. Just take notes, show up to class (even if he says you don't have to), and just listen. He'll keep you interested and you'll fully enjoy yourself. You'll never regret taking any class with him.

Such an incredible professor; needed to take the course for my natural science credit, loved it, not a science person in the least but went to class everyday, studied hard for the exams (because you must) and ended up with a great grade and a lot of great advice. He is a gem at geneseo, we are lucky to have him

Aagesen is the man. Great professor, easy labs, interesting stories what more could I ask for? The tests are a little more difficult than I thought they would be, but I would definitely suggest taking this for your natural science. He makes me want to go to class.

If you're looking for a good way to fill your natural science requirement, there is no better class to take! I am science phobic but I managed to pull of an A in this class. Aagesen is an amazing professor. Very entertaining; classes are almost always interesting and he has a great habit of ending class early.

Easily the best professor/class I've ever taken at Geneseo. Aagesen is the coolest guy and I always enjoyed class. Didn't really read the textbook at all, but you do need to go to class because all test stuff came from lectures (unless he specifically says so). Tests are easy if you pay attention and look over your notes.

He is a great professor. Only lenient when it is reasonable. Understanding and helpful. Very laid back and has great stories and pictures to show tell about his travels. I recommend him to anyone.

Such a great way to get an A for a Natural Science Credit. Bought the book, never used it. No work outside of class except a quick read of my notes before his multiple choice tests. He is a great guy, very helpful and interesting. Changed me from bio pre-med to a geography major!

Class was interesting and professor was really chill. Tests were a little tricky, have to be an active listener. Not stressful at all. I would highly reccomend the class (and professor) to anyone.

I would have to say that David is the best professor I have had here so far. He is a very easy going guy; really nice. He will do anything to help out the students. Show good effort, it will help you out when it comes to the end of the semester. This class was interesting, he uses a lot of his personal travel experience to teach. Awesome! :-D

Super nice guy, always willing to help and really cares about students. The class was a little tough for me, but if you go to him for help it makes a huge difference--he'll take your effort into consideration when he does final grades. Take good notes, go to lectures, and you'll be fine. Labs are pretty easy too.
