Do NOT take this course. FIND ANOTHER COURSE WITH A DIFFERENT PROFESSOR. She takes attendance in 300+ auditorium while her TA's (who are JUST AS IGNORANT as her) don't allow you leave. Whatever project you turn in, you will never receive an A (even if you are Einstein). It won't be good enough.

Jane Robbins is so knowledgeable and has so much experience and even-though people complain she pushes you and does not accept mediocre work. Her mid term and quizzes were a bit hard for me considering I had NO background knowledge on Business. If you want to be an entrepreneur I strongly encourage you to take her. Be different guaranteed A!

Participate in class and on LinkedIn as much as possible. Review the concepts you learned in class each week there is a quiz. Keep up with a majority of the readings. Put a lot of time and energy into your individual project. Test yourself on all the concepts on the study guide thoroughly before the midterm. Go to the review session before the midterm. Stay relaxed and enjoy the material. Don't forget it's about entrepreneurship. It's suppose to be fun!

Although she rambles on and on in class, the power points are posted on the website. She did make the quizzes much easier this semester around. The midterm in this class wasn't too difficult, just study what is on the study guide given and you'll be fine.

This is not an interesting class. She puts so many words on the powerpoint it is impossible to read, and her lectures are impossible to follow because she randomly jumps between points. The midterm was brutal and didn't really reflect what was gone over in lecture.

really wish they chose a better professor to teach this course, the test (only test) was brutal everyone failed it so bad she was forced to curve it, does not prepare you for any assignments. quote from Jane Robbins "i will not teach you what will be on the test" they need to hire more teachers for this course or find a new one

This class can be summed up in one episode of The Office. Jane Robbins is the real life version of Michael Scott in a meeting. But not funny at all. The material is vague, filled with useless buzzwords and jargon(which you will be tested on) Test was very difficult, questions that have multiple answers for multiple choice questions. Vague matching.

This is the most leading class ever. 75 minutes of sitting on your butt trying to stay awake while she goes on and on in circles about basic concepts that you can read about in 2 minutes. Horrible teaching methods for the class size. Good luck on the most abstract and vague exam ever!

Avoid this class! The first review below was prior to the test, I'm sure he/she has changed there mind. The material is so simple but she makes grading and tests so hard. She's a nice woman, but the course is ridiculous. If you can, take another entrepreneurial class.

Awful class, multiple choice tests with answers that seemed subjective and catered to the instructor's opinion. We are essentially learning about a bunch of buzzwords; vital material could have been taught in one day. I would not recommend this class

WORST class ever! Don't take this class with her! She Tries to teach this lecture of 300 students as if there are 10 people in the class. She goes in CIRCLES around the questions you ask(like she DOESN'T know the answers). Her test is a joke(HARDER than it should have been). Class discussions take up 75% of class & you aren't tested on them.

This class is a joke. The professor takes attendance for 200 students and has 8 TAs to MAKE SURE YOU CANNOT LEAVE. She babbles for half the class about topics you could read about in ten minutes. She then tries to get 200 students to participate (and you are graded for this). Class is a waste of time, too bad since the subject is interesting.
