ANIM-270 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: A

Overall a good professor. Can be very dry at times and projects his ideas onto your own piece that may not be what you intended. Also doesn't get humor a lot, jokes sometimes have to be explained. But allows resubmissions which are always helpful and almost no mention of the textbook. Tests are also very easy.

ANIM 207 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: A

He is a pretty good guy. He really cares for his students. Could be more outgoing during lectures. Don't expect to be taught everything by him.

ANIM270 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Took him for Principles of Screen design. He is a tad dry and dull during lectures and spends time picking apart some movies shot by shot. Only has 3 projects and a sketchbook assignment but you can resubmit anything until class 18. Overall I feel as if I didn't learn too much from him but on my own

His tastes in animation tend to veer more towards the abstract and experimental, rather than the traditional. If that's your thing, then you'll probably love him. If not, then you will probably find his class difficult to stay involved in. Pay attention to his software demos, though. You'll need them!
