She's absolutely adorable. You can tell she really loves what she does. The class is easy, the review sessions really help, and you can probably get by without the textbook (it's really expensive). One of my favorite professors this semester!

Very charismatic. I thoroughly enjoy attending her class. She goes a little fast during lecture, so be sure to write down the slides, but pay attention to what she actually says. Lots of things she talks about during lecture that aren't on her slides are on the exams. Some of her exams are tricky, like the third one (vitamins and minerals).

I look forward to class with Dr. Johnson. She is fun and brings in something about nutrition that is in the news to start every class.

Dr. Johnson is great and the TAs are fantastic. Don't miss the TAs review sessions before each exam.

I loved nutrition, it was my favorite class. But that was because I was interested in it. Professor Johnson is not that great. She's full of herself and doesn't really know how to teach. She reads straight from the book and really depends on her TA's. She also talks a lot about her personal life. I enjoyed going to class.

Professor Johnson is obviously very passionate and credible. She lectures right out of the book and the lectures tend to drag. She is a little unclear what exactly will go on the exams as a lot of material is covered in one sitting. However, the TA study sessions are very helpful. Overall, a very nice professor!

Love this class and professor. I switched my major to nutrition because of this class.

I really liked Professor Johnson (and it was always wonderful to check out her adorable outfits), but the food journaling really bothered me. As a recovering anorexic, having to journal my food and count calories was incredibly triggering and I relapsed. I understand why it is part of the class, but I wish there was a different option.

She's not the best lecturer as she presents SO much information in the powerpoints and rushes through them but if you study a lot the tests aren't too hard and she's enjoyable to listen to.
