ACTG 445 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

I really do not know how he qualifies to be a professor at a university. I've had better ones at a community college. Looks down at the floor while he goes through powerpoints. No structure to his course and not clear on explanations. No study guides and does not clearly explain what specific material to study for. Homework is not helpful.

Attending class is virtually worthless. He reads a powerpoint and it is not helpful towards tests or homework. You only get one check on your homework and one submission; not to mention that it is extremely difficult and time consuming. The tests are multiple choice and the averages are low. He also states he doesn't curve! Joy. Good luck!

ACTG445 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Teacher is a fair grader. Exams might be tough but homework and the project points will bring your grade up assuming you get all 100%, which is not too hard to do. I suggest forming a study group because it helps a lot. There is also a curve so don't lose hope if you aren't doing too well.

The homework for this class is hard and he gives u one try to check it. He talks off a ppt about calculation problems...if you've ever taken a math class you will know that just talking about it will make no sense. You have to have examples and practice and he simply doesn't do anything. Taking this course...take it as a self study class

Tax is a tough class and must be taught by someone who knows what they are doing. Having said this, this prof will just read off a powerpoint (which he won't give you) at supersonic speeds and then assign you homework. You and the texbook should just get married because the final is cumulative and he tests on the most useless info without telling u

Do not take him! He is horrible at teaching tax so be ready to teach yourself. The homework is very difficult compared to what you learn in class, and you only get 1 attempt to check your answers. I actually started to skip class to teach myself instead. Definitely buy the book because you will not learn anything from him.
