Asl 1410 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: B+

She is so fun! The language barrier made it difficult to ask questions at times, and the grammar in quizzes could be a challenge. She is a great professor and loves teaching. No reason why you could not pass this level of asl, just do what you have to do as outlined in the syll. No voice policy enforced! I recommend her :)

ASL 1410 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

She's awesome! Although she is deaf she knows how to teach so you can understand her, and she uses the chalk board when needed. She is super sweet, and she definitely goes by her syllabus so make sure you don't miss deadlines! I defiantly recommend her!! PS. the only reason you don't pass is if you don't want to learn

ASL 1410 1420 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: A+

This class is not as hard as some are making it out to be. Honestly, if you gave half of the effort as you have to with most other classes, I think you'd at least make a B. Study the videos online. Also, some of the tests Jilly gives a study guide for, which is identical to the actual test. She is hilarious. Wish she taught the intermediate courses

ASL II - 1420 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

This is the first class I have ever taken and did not learn a single thing. Her favoritism is horrible and she treats people with less knowledge as second rate. The scan tron test and online tests took weeks for her to return. I would never consider taking her again.

1410 and 1420 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Jilly is an awesome professor compared to Franky. She simply made the class more enjoyable and her signing was much easier to understand as well

ASL1420 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: A-

Jilly is a professor who plays favorites, will undermine you, is very strict about her syllabus, and won't hesitate to dock points for stupid stuff (like forgetting you are hearing and accidentally mouthing something or NOT BEING HER FAVORITE).Favoritism is important to her so unless you have Chapstick ready don't take this class.

ASL1024 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

Jilly is Deaf, so the learning is a bit strained. That being said, there is a disconnect between what you learn in 1410, 1420 and what you learn in 2310 and 2314. You will learn or you will not pass.

ASL 1410 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

Jilly is a great teacher!! Everyone in our class is making decent grades (only had one drop, she was clueless in general). Her being deaf can be challenging but you learn A TON. She is very helpful and responds to emails.
