Professor Taylor is very helpful and will put in any extra effort as long as you ask for it. She does provide study guides prior to each exam. Attendance is not mandatory but she will mark who has not attended class and whenever your grade is on the fence, she will go more in your favor if you have a good attendance record. Curves every exam!

DO NOT TAKE IN SUMMER! Tons of taxonomy & she tests as if it were a regular semester. 3 days of lecture/lab & exam the next day, so 1/3 of the material, including up to 30 scientific names, is given the day prior to the exam. Every exam had questions not covered in class. Otherwise, she is pretty laid back. Labs are easy.

She would give study guides for her test but all the questions on the test were completely different.

She made me fall in love with the subject matter. If you're willing to learn, she is perfect. She even gave extra credit, but it was just enough to get your grade up a few points. She's always available for you to pop in during office hours, and she's willing to put in as much effort as you are.

DR. Taylor is the bomb. Shes hilarious in class and is fun. She covers powerpoints in class...DO go to class. Read over the powerpoints and read your book and Anatomy Classes will be a piece of cake. She is very helpful and knowledgable..But all she really does in regards to studying advice is...say "know the whole story to all the parts"..lol..ok?

Dr. Taylor was very helpful and always seemed enthused about what she was teaching. She uses analogies that makes class interesting and if you're between two grades but were always in class, she'll give you the better grade.

Dr. Taylor is awsome! If you do her study guide THROUGHLY before a test you should ace the test. She also gives periodic extra credit which is how i have an a- instead of a b-. A&P is not easy but i made a 90% on my last test b/c her study guide is a good guide on what will b on the test. Dont just answer the questions on the guide tho study it!

Dr. Taylor's A&P I class was moderate. She lectured every class period and usually let us go 5 minutes early. Out only grades were 5 exams that you had to study a lot for. However, she answers any questions on the study guide prior to taking the test. I recommend taking her class. She is funny and uses realistic examples to relate concepts.

Always take your iclickers to class. She tries her best to thoroughly explain everything. This class requires a lot of studying but I hope you would expect that with it being a medical class. I came out with a B but I feel like I could have done better. Don't expect an easy A. She is very nice and tries to help in whatever way possible.

She explains things pretty well in lecture, but whenever I asked her a question it seems like she gets confused. I wish she would have interact with us more during the lab part rather than just the lecture though...I felt like I was teaching myself the lab material.

Dr. Taylor is a great professor. Zoology is a very difficult course and requires a TON of memorization, but Taylor is willing to help anytime. She gives extra credit which helps out a lot because the lecture tests can be very tricky. Study and you can easily make an A. Show up for class to get the essay topics.

Great A&P teacher. Take her if you want a fair chance at passing the course. She does teach a long lecture, but she gives online quizes (3chances per quiz to make an A) and those are half your grade along with the other half being tests. Tests are hard, but the quizes even your grade out to where you can pass. Do the study guide in depth though!

She makes A&P so much easier! I would definitely take this class again. You have multiple choice exams and online quizzes. You get 3 attempts and no time limit on your quizzes. It's a difficult subject, but if you go to class and do the work it's not that bad. She is willing to help anyone.

Dr. Taylor is by far the best A & P professor on campus! She is able to come up with examples that you can easily relate to and is very helpful outside of class. Study the material on the study guides & do your online quizzes and you'll be just fine. High recommendation!
