FDSC 624 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Unhelpful, rude, uninformed. He expects a lot but does not give much back. I took all three courses with him this year (Current Food Safety Issues, Risk, Microbiology). They were all bad. He is unclear as to what he expects, he makes mathematical mistakes everywhere, if you email him he will tell the entire class your problem and your mark. Avoid.
