2/10/10 MATH34A 2 2 3 2 emoticon_undecided flag   Cooper is very fun and energetic during his lectures, BUT is not clear during his examples and I often feel lost. If it weren't for Lee DeAnda at CLAS, I would DIE in this class.
2/8/10 MATH34A 3 4 4 1 emoticon smiley flag   He makes lecture enjoyable by telling jokes everyday, and you really enjoy his British accent. Sometimes there is a problem or two on the homework that is difficult, but the constant flow of homework keeps you learning and studying that you wouldn't normally do on your own.
2/2/10 MATH34A 3 2 2 3 emoticon_unhappy flag   Go to class, section, and CLAS. If you work with others on homework and in class, you'll do great. Also, study hard for the final. I did horribly on just about every midterm but I got an A+ in the class just because I did so well on the final. Daryl is hilarious and helpful if you ask for help.

1/5/10 Math34A 2 4 3 1 emoticon smiley flag   Do the HW, sign up for clas, go to discussion and you should do alright. I basically was at clas everyday, and at my ta's office hours all the time. I ended up with a B, only because of the curve, I thought this calc was hard, and the only reason for the huge curve was because everyone was doing bad. The first two midterms the average was an F.
