5/29/08 CSCI265 5 5 5 5 emoticon smiley flag envelope Best profs in the department are: 1.Weiss 2.Shankar 3.Schweitzer, in that order. All 3 explain the material well and grade on a curve.
1/3/08 CSCI335 4 5 5 5 emoticon smiley flag envelope Best prof I've had thus far. He explains the material perfectly clearly and gladly answers all questions. Basically he just makes you get it. Exams are somewhat hard but he curves.
6/17/07 Csci135 5 5 5 4 emoticon smiley 13271561 envelope Excellent professor. Teaches the subject as clearly as possible and he knows his stuff. As long as you have an aptitude for programming then you'll find the exams and projects easy. But if you can't program you can't do well in this class. If you have no programming experience , practice is crucial. Take Csci 136 if it's available.
5/12/07 CSCI135 1 3 4 4 emoticon smiley flag   He is a good professor out of the dept, but his class is very tough. He gives 2 midterms and a final and three projects. If you don't study or you have two other hard classes with his class, drop the class. My only recommendation is to practice everyday and read ahead of time. His exams are the key and crucial to passing.
