Awful, awful teacher. I would not recommend him to anyone unless you already know how to do the work. Seems like it would be an easy class if he was able to actually teach anything at all. He just does the problem really fast on the board and when you as him what he's doing he is terrible at explaining it. How he is still employed blows my mind.

Dr. Lewis can not write to save his life. Every time I would ask a question he would never completely answer it. His test are easy if you try to pay attention and can decipher his handwriting. I would not recommend anyone taking his class unless you are good at teaching yourself the material.

Mr. Lewis is a nice guy and he seems to care about our grades. But at the same time, he is pretty awkward,has atrocious handwriting,and also has problems explaining things in an alternative way when someone doesn't understand. He covers things in class very fast and I often was struggling to keep up during class.

He's a good guy and he cares about your grade. He gives a little bit extra time on the tests if there's not another class waiting. I consider that caring because that's his time he's giving up. And the grading was fair. However he cannot teach so all of that doesn't really matter much.

He is not good with talking to people. When we were going over some information, I asked if there was a trick that we could do and he had never heard of that trick. and he acted as if I had startled him. He only held conversations with the guys that acted like him and sat in the front of class. So dont take him if you want to learn about math.

This guy has no idea what he is talking about and I agree with comments below he is WAY to shy to be a teacher. He spent the class staring at the wall while writing on his little computer. The only cool thing about the whole class was his computer. I am really good in math and he made it impossible for me to get a B or A. I got a C teaching myself.

This man can't teach to save his life. Instead, he spends the class time doing easy problems from the book that everyone already understands. Never offered help outside the classroom. I'm pretty good at math and got a B in there. Could have been an A had be actually been a teacher...

This guy is too shy to be a professor. He seems like a nice guy, but offers little help as a teacher. Most class periods are spend watching him do one problem and then realizing hes done it wrong. I got an A, solely off prior knowledge...

He is a good guy, but his chalkboard writing is horrible. His explanations of concepts is not real clear, but he explains it very clearly in his office. Overall, a pretty good professor.

Horrible, Horrible!! I would not recommend taking him. If you aren't a good math student you dont want him because he doesn't explain things well at all!! If you are good at Math you would probably be fine. He has reviews for the tests but they aren't helpful. Overall DONT TAKE HIM!!

He explains things mostly through powerpoint. He randomly takes roll, and doesnt give much homework. Its an easy A if you show up to class and do your homework because the tests come form the homework. He's a really good teacher!

He is basically a math genius. But with this, he is very awkward, which can be expected. His tests are easy and so are his quizzes. The homework is rarely collected. He explains things clearly, but his handwriting can be sloppy. I never got less than a 95 on a test and I have taken him for 140 and 220. He is a good guy and can be funny.

it's sad because he is a nice guy, but he's SOOO boring!!! never writes or speaks clearly, randomly takes attendance, seems nervous when asked a question and attempts to answer it. other professors could be more difficult that's why i'm keeping him. he's the guy to take if you can just get past his boring voice and sloppy handwriting.

I would not recomend taking him at all. he is very monotoned and does not explain things well at all. he had to be corrected several times in class because he would write out the wrong answers.

Very boring class, doesn't change expression in his voice very often. Writes every word he says in the bored and doesn't write very neat hard to read at times. Made a C in the Class becuase of one test where I missed one problem that made me fail the test instead of making a B on it. Other than that I would have made an A in the class easy.
