ENS 312 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: B

Very interesting professor. He seems lost most of the time, but overall he knows his stuff. Exams are very tricky, especially his multiple choice and true/false questions. Just put a lot of effort into the research paper and presentations if you do below average on the exams and you will get at least a B.

ENS-312 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

This guy is extremely unorganized and quite frankly, I believe this class is his last priority (shows up most of the time unprepared). However, he is a nice guy and you do learn a lot (most of class material is interesting). Exams and work load are beyond fair. Move past the disarray and he really isn't that bad.

ens312 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

The class itself was extremely boring, I never had any idea what his lectures were about because it was so hard to pay attention. He takes attendance everyday which really hurts your grade if you don't go. We had one midterm and a final (both extremely long! mult choice, short answer, t/f) A group presentation and a research paper.Overall easy clas

MAR512 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Easy class overall. You don't really have to attend lecture to understand the material, just memorize material off the powerpoints. Otherwise his lectures are boring

Nice man but soooo boring. I took marine pollution because it sounded awesome, should be called marine chemistry. Doesn't teach just talks for 3 hours!

True, he can be disorganized. Live with it. That's more than made up for by his knowledge of the subject, flexability, reasonable grading, and focus on discussion and content, rather than following a syllabus. In additon, he goes way out of his way to help his students--a really great guy.

he's a very bad lecturer, and he also accused about half of the class of cheating during our first exam (which earned him a reprimand from the department, and he was told to apologize during lecture to the students) the material itself isn't hard if you can stay awake and read the textbook- he's a major jerk though
