This dude's literally the bomb. Saved my college career with those online calc notes. Used to hate math with a passion, now I love it. Don't even go to Lamar, never even heard of it. But that school's instantly held at a higher esteem for me because of Dr. Dawkins. God bless this guy, wish all profs were like him.

I just took Calculus II with Dr. Dawkins. It was a very positive experience. He taught at a high level, but he kept everything manageable with very good communication of concepts. His class is a lot of work, but it is necessary to properly learn the material. As long as you commit to keeping up with your work, it is an awesome class.

This guy is AMAZING. I've never known any math teacher who could communicate abstract ideas so clearly and compassionately with students who are new to them. He doesn't dumb it down, either, he just knows how to generate understanding. I wish all teachers could be like Paul.
