Very very helpful and fair in all aspects. A few of his presentations are a little (ok very from the 80's) outdated but they are still relevant to the course material so it works out ok. Good assignments, lots of extra credit opportunity.

Solid professor. He teaches the material well but he also cares a lot about students. One of my favorite profs so far.

Ray is a very kind and understanding man. He really wants his students to succeed in his class and gives you several opportunities to do so. Although his lectures are excruciatingly dull, be sure to pay attention to the starred PowerPoint slides and don't be absent too often. As long as you make a noticeable effort, it is easy to do well.

Use the textbook website to get very similar questions that will be on the exam. Class is not mandatory, but the presented material can be very interesting. Good class that is easy to do well in.

Ray is a great guy and trys to be entertaining. I didn't love his class as much as the other raters but I definitely did not hate it. I personally would suggest that if you are more interested in Ad than PR you should take another professor.While I appreciated the ease of the class, I don't think-in my opinion-I learned too terribly much about ad.

Ray has been my prof. from the begining. i love him to death and am crushed that i won't have him my last semester here. i strongly suggest you take any AD classes from him because he's terribly helpful, understanding, and is realistic. after i finished AD campaigns and an internship class with him, he is by far one of the best overall profs.

Ray is an awesome teacher! He encourages you to think out of the box and is very entertaining as a teacher. The class takes time, but he is an moderatley easy grader. Take him you won't be sorry.

Ray's a great teacher. He knows what he's talking about and he always makes class interesting. The tests can be a little hard, but as long as you take good notes and read, you'll be fine.

swell guy. :) his tests are hard because they're all based on applying knowledge to examples.. but i guess that's the field. his class is very interesting and he'll definitely get you excited to work in advertising. his few assignments are actually interesting and not tedious.. definitely take him!

Very intuitive and caring professor. Always willing to help. Tests were very hard but a good class for serious ad majors.
