Josh is such a great professor! The class is definitely manageable and he explains things very well. Little effort is needed to pass, just make sure you take notes. There was a paper, midterm, and final. Talk to him, he's a cool guy!

PHIL202 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

This class was really easy. 2 papers and 2 exams. Teacher gets sidetracked VERY easily. Often starts class 30 minutes late (night class). As long as you put effort and showed thought in your work you should get a good grade.

really awesome prof. very interesting lectures, but gets sidetracked with stories a lot. only two papers, a midterm, and a final. As long as you show some level of thought, you'll do fine

PHIL225 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Barely cracked it open Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Josh is a great guy and is very fair and helpful. I absolutely dreaded taking this class but was impressed with his flexibility in relating current events and hot button issues to the course. His grading was fair and he provided good feedback if you showed an interest in improving and approached him.

Dr. Fischel is a good professor. He will explain the different philosophical concepts if you ask him a question. I would recommend that you actually do the required reading for the class if you want to get an A! I find it quite annoying that most students don't care about learning the material. Remember, college is about expanding one's horizons!

PHIL211 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Cool guy. Loves the band Queen. The class may seem scary or confusing at first, so just read the book, practice the problems yourself and you should be fine.

very nice, laid-back guy. don't worry if the material doesn't click right away. just read the book, do the homework and practice problems, and ask for help during lectures, because he will help you in any way he can, and you will be fine. it's actually a pretty low-stress class as long as you read and practice.
