I hated going to this class. The material wasn't necessarily difficult to comprehend and you can get a good grade if you study. The problem is the professor's teaching style. He asks very broad questions but expects very specific answers. There are only a few quizzes, but he wasn't very helpful when I asked for help. You will butt heads

I liked his class because it was the right amount of challenge. I barely passed but I think he's a good professor overall. Your grade is made up of three exams. He has small assignments but he does that to help your grade. I would recommend bringing a laptop or voice recorder and using the outlines. Go to his office hours! You need the book.

Flies through all information in lectures, I had to use the book to keep up. Doesn't use ANY visual aid, kind of unorganized with lectures. Curves exams, but they're basically you're entire class grade. VERY confusing and difficult exams. I attended every class and still found the concepts difficult to grasp.

Lectures are interesting most of the time. 2 exams 85 quetsions, 1 final 70 questions, and a couple of hw worth little to no points. He just gives you 2/3 points. 2 quizzes that are worth the same as hw. It's mostly exams for the class. He'll curve exams. Exams are application problems. Funny guy. Class structure just seems a little unorganized.

I like him. He's a good guy. His teaching style is not for everyone because there is no powerpoint. He provides lecture notes online. I liked his real life examples because they made the concepts easier to remember. He comes off a little strong, but you soon realize he just has a dry sense of humor.

This professor was very difficult because he used no visual aid other than unorganized outlines that he made that you have to bring to class yourself. He talks so fast and if you don't understand it goes right over your head. He also gets frustrated when you stop and ask him questions. No homework, never used the book. At least he curves.

He lectures only but he provides outlines that have the concepts that will be on the exams. The tests are hard and can be confusing but only if you do not read/study the textbook or pay attention in class. Plus he curves generously. I earned a 84% in the class but I got an A.

This professor was my worst this semester. I have high gpa and was barely able to pass this course. He rambles on and your whole grade is based upon 3 tests which are difficult and do not relate well to what was discussed in class. Highly suggest finding someone different...

He's an old fashion professor: 110% oral lectures. Take detailed notes and use his outlines (online) to organize his lecture. Ask, ask, ask any topics you don't understand. Two exams and less than five hw assignments. Exams are 70-85 questions long, and are tricky. He does curve. Hardly used the text. Split the cost with a buddy.

This class is based off tests only. He gives 75 difficult questions and many are paragraphs, there isn't enough time to fully understand the questions. Thought I was doing fine and ended up getting a D. Atzeff is nice but I barely learned anything. Take Charles Smith if you can!

Such an interesting class. There's a lot to learn and remember, but as long as you go to class and take notes it's easy concepts. He's interesting and does a good job teaching the material. Not much textbook use, except for briefing cases (and the textbook is expensive). Overall good professor, I would recommend taking.

This guy is a total breeze. Such a softy. He thinks hes funny but most the time the only laugh he gets from his jokes is his own. He relates the material to real life experiences. Easy A if you attend class.

Great teacher! Hilarious if you like dry humor. I learned a ton and he relates it to real life. Obviously a good lawyer because he takes on expensive clients. Tests are tricky but it was my least stressed class. Got a B

Class is based on 3 tests. It kind of sucks cause there is so much to study for. Make sure to review after each lecture so studying for the exams are not stressful. No homework, I got a A. Make sure you know the material.

His class was sometimes fun and interesting, but most of the time it was boring. You take notes from his lectures and usually get to leave early. Its important to read the textbook and study notes for exams. His exams are real life questions and applying the law to them.

This guy has close to no morality but I love it, it makes things a little more interesting. Although his lectures are unstructured and never uses the board, he is constantly stresses the important points and has his own personal stories to help you remember. As long as you go to class and the review sessions, its no big deal.

At first, the class was interesting b/c he gave examples to illustrate his lectures, which made the concept easier to understand. If you are a person who do not like to take a class that is based on 2 exams and final that are curved, I highly suggest that you take this class with another professor who gives HW, etc..., b/c I wish I did.

Horribly unorganized lectures, he just goes on and on. I didn't read the book or leactures and I was able to do well in the class. If you get the basic concepts you should do fine, tests are curved.
