CHEM102
Really good class. Lots of information packed into a small period of time. There are a total of 4 tests throuout the semester, and if you ace three of them, you don't have to take the final. The tests are just like the homework, so studying is easy. Prof. Lewis is a good teacher, and shes always available to help students.
Chem101
I did pretty well in her class, but her methods of teaching were terrible. She would ask you to read something that she wrote herself in her years(which I can't stand), and then when you go to class she pretty much reads it back to you the whole time. Its soo annoying.
FOOD101
Dr. Lewis is a little crazy but always makes class interesting. I took a freshman seminar with her and she help make the transition to college a ton easier. I would take her class again if I could.

Not a very good teacher, she will help you, but she pretty much expects you to understand it regardless of how difficult it is for you. That said, she is sweet, but I dont think her methods are useful to non-science majors

I took Chem 101/2 and Lab with Dr Lewis. Nice woman, corny, tacky. Typical science professor. 4 tests, drops the lowest grade. Final is VERY easy (not required to take if thats the one you want to drop) Weekly HW (long assignments) must be turned in (graded)Attendance not requir. Lab, drops lowest.
CHM 101 an
d 102
Very easy, but you will learn a ton. The book is cheap and straightfoward. She is a very sweet person and you will learn a lot from her class even if you arent interested in chem. She makes the topics easy to understand. Homework and exams cover the material and are straightfoward.
CHEM 101
This was the first time i did well in chemistry...she is a nice woman, and does explain things well, although she can sometimes get off topic, but def. take her if you are a business major that needs the credits

great prof. I still use stuff I learned in her class. as an eng major, I wasn't expecting to get as much out of it as I did
chem 101
I starbuxed half of the classes, and I got an A. She might be a bit dim upstairs, korny at times, but the class is pretty much cut and dry, if you do the hw.
