Lehe gives 4 grades like a boss. If you do bad on one of them might as well drop cause its a waist of your time.

class was quite boring and can be difficult at times. this is a good gen ed to take if you want a gen ed with no papers. lehe was very lenient and even dropped the lowest test score and allowed a redo exam.

Took Both Ethics and intro to Philosophy with him. Had no interest in the subject, but the man is brilliant when it comes to philosophy. Very good at making you think clearly before you make a point and making sure you know how to back up what you are arguing. His calss requires a decent bit of work, but well worth every minute

Hard man to describe. He says things that scar you for life, but at the same time he's clearly brilliant. The nature of the subject makes it difficult to like him, but if nothing else, this man KNOWS his subject inside and out.

Took a d-term class for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week for 3 weeks. Hardest part was staying awake. He's a good guy, but a hard, PICKY teacher. Gives decent feedback on papers but class time seems to be flooded with pointless opinions from other students. It was obvious people didn't want to be in class and were stressed about the final at the end.

I had no interest in this class, but Lehe made it fun. He was often funny without meaning to be. Discussions were engaging.

He can seem a bit intimidating at first, but is really a great teacher and a great person. Very intelligent and well read--really knows the stuff he teaches.

Aside from encouraging the resident dumb ass in the class who tried to pawn off his theory of ex nihilo and origination in chaos, he was alright. He quoted Aristotle well.

Readings are tough, but classes are enjoyable. Discussions are engaging and interesting, Lehe really knows his stuff. If you go into his office hours for your papers, you'll do well in the class.
PHIL 101
Good professor. Engaging and interested in student achievement. Somewhat conservative viewpoints, but very open to student dissent of these ideas.
HOI 100
A great teacher. Allows student to participte in discussion while still guiding the class.
